Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

I was given Drew's name at Supreme Auto Sounds by the folks at Truckin Stuff. My remote start decided to stop working. Truckin Stuff no longer installs these starter systems so they gave me Drew's phone number. Upon finding Supreme Auto Sounds in East Peoria. I went in and told Drew what was happening. He went out with a screw driver and some sort of jumper cable, and within about 5 minutes he had reset my remote starter unit. I offered to pay him for his services, but he wouldn't accept it. Thank you Drew. I have another van at home that needs a remote start, so I will be calling Drew in the near future.

Drew knows his stuff here, I can’t imagine having gone anywhere else. Zero issues integrating into factory system on 2022 Genesis G70, I was very worried about startup and security, in and out as if it is a factory installation.

Came to the office in December and scheduled an appointment for dashcam installation for January 6, 2026 at noon. I know people can make an error with my name and my phone number so I made sure the correct information was given. On January 6, 2026, I walk in 5 minutes before the appointment time and was told that the person who will install is ill and he did not have my phone number to let me know. I was asked to give my phone number again, saying I will be called to reschedule the appointment. I gave my phone number again, verifying they have the correct phone number. No calls. Given this non-professional experience, I do not think I can recommend this place.

Drew was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Drew answered all of my questions and assuaged my concerns. Drew was able to install a remote starter on my vehicle when all other places in town told me it was IMPOSSIBLE. Drew, however, embraced the challenge and defeated it!

My BAIID is serviced here by Drew representing Intoxalock. I’ve been servicing with him now for 3 years. He did my installation and I come here every 2 months to have it calibrated for $20. It’s quick and easy and I’ve never had a negative experience. Nothing but smooth easy transactions. He has the cutest shop doggies there and they’re very nice and well behaved. I had one situation with my BAIID device acting up 1 year into it and drew also handled that for me and ended up finding a small issue with the device so Intoxalock ended up paying for that entire appointment. Intoxalock was miserable to deal with during that experience while Drew was nothing but helpful.
